What We’re Doing To Help Youth Mental Health
We have developed our programmes with an aim to bring a holistic approach in supporting young people.
Young People
Student Program: Building Resilience Through Compassion
- Our student program is tailored to equip young people with essential skills for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and building positive relationships.
- By focusing on intrapersonal and interpersonal competencies, we help students enhance their well-being and navigate the complexities of their lives with confidence.
- Our program provides a safe space for self-expression, fosters empathy, and encourages personal growth
Educators
Teacher/Youth Leader Program: Nurturing Educator Well-Being
- We understand that educators play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young individuals. Our teacher program focuses on supporting teacher well-being, enhancing classroom management skills, and fostering a compassionate learning environment.
- By prioritizing educator mental health, we indirectly impact student well-being and create a positive educational ecosystem.
Parents/Carers
Parent Program: Strengthening Family Bonds
- Family is the cornerstone of a child’s growth and development. Our parent program is designed to empower parents and caregivers with the tools to promote positive parenting practices, enhance communication with their children, and create a nurturing home environment.
- By fostering understanding and connection, we aim to support both parents and young individuals on their journey.
